Weryon Mapping Engine Commercial License
Version 1.0 - Applicable to all commercial deployments of the product.
This license governs the commercial use of Weryon Mapping Engine, including AI modules, multi-tenant, semantic search, feeds, webhooks and external API.

Definitions
- Product
- Weryon Mapping Engine and all its modules.
- Licensor
- Weryon / Weryon.ro.
- Licensee
- The individual or entity purchasing the license.
- Instance
- An active WordPress installation.
- Tenant
- Isolated data space within the product.
- API Key
- Unique access key for the API.
- Feed
- Automatically generated file, including JSON-LD, CSV, NDJSON or RDF.
- Webhook
- Automated notification to an external endpoint.

Granted Rights
- Installation
- Install the product on 1 WordPress instance, or more depending on the purchased plan.
- Modules
- Use all modules included in the selected plan.
- Distribution
- Generate feeds and webhooks.
- API
- Use the external API under the plan limits.
- Tenants
- Create tenants according to the purchased plan.
- Commercial use
- Use the product for commercial purposes.

Restrictions
- No resale
- The Licensee may not resell the product as-is.
- No redistribution
- The Licensee may not redistribute the source code.
- No sublicense
- The Licensee may not sublicense the product.
- No license bypass
- The Licensee may not modify licensing mechanisms.
- Branding
- Branding may not be removed without written approval.
- Legal use
- The product may not be used for illegal purposes.

- Basic
- Email support, 48h response time.
- Pro
- Priority support, 24h response time.
- Enterprise
- 24/7 support, 99.9% SLA.

- Security
- Security updates and critical patches.

- AI Mapping improvements.
- Search
- Semantic Search optimizations.
- Feeds
- New feed formats.
- Webhooks
- New webhook events.

Limitation of Liability
- As is
- The product is provided as is.
- Data
- The Licensor is not responsible for data loss.
- Service
- The Licensor is not responsible for service interruptions.
- Damages
- The Licensor is not responsible for indirect damages.
- Misuse
- The Licensor is not responsible for misuse.

Termination
- Violation
- The license may be revoked if the Licensee violates the terms.
- Payment
- The license may be revoked if the Licensee fails to pay the subscription.
- Abuse
- The license may be revoked if the product is used abusively.
